To become an organization that is committed to efficiency and one that will positively influence our customers through the provision of excellent service while promoting reading for healthy minds, and facilitating the total person by the provision of nutritional products that will influence the membership of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and ultimately the Jamaican society into adopting this approach as a way of life.

To be actively engaged in the sourcing and distribution of religious literature and nutritional products that will promote healthy lifestyle among members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, thereby earning and maintaining the confidence of the wider society while seeking to motivate the staff to achieve and maintain the highest level of professionalism in service to God and mankind.
